We will only ship items once funds have been cleared and credited to our account.

All items are shipped within  3 working days. Most of the multiple items can be combined in a single shipping, however sometimes it is not possible due to the fragile nature of some of the hats and headpeices.

We pack into hat boxes with lots of tissue paper and send everything insuranced and registered so it travels fast and we can track it and know that our wonderful creations have made it to their new home.

We have a flat $35 this included express international post so your item is insured and tracked. It also includes hat box and packing.

Please remember we do not exchange because you change your mind, please choose carefully.

Remember this is a one off piece we do not do repeats and can not repreduce a piece the same. It is like a hand painted picture each one is different.

Please email us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you are going to make a claim or return.Please include name and order number and your details. We will treat each request individually and will email you with further instruction.

In the event that an item is damage in transit  due to the fragile nature of the item it can be repalce with something simlar at no cost( remember it is a one off piece we do not do repeats). Item(s) must be retured for inspection unwore and complete with all packing and labels attached. For returned items, we will credit your oringinal purchase method , excluding delivery costs.
